We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel, the private onsen and public onsen both have exceptional view. The facilitate was very clean. The buffet style breakfast was an excellent way to try out the local produce and offer many different variety. We would have given five out of five, except we were incorrectly been told to go to La Vista Bay Hotel (main one). Hence our checking experience was not that great.

Annex is amazing!!

The Annex is way better than the other one which is older and has gone downhill. This one is beautiful in a Japanese retro and romantic way fitting to Hakodate. Plenty of yeasts and snack services, 3 private baths besides the big bathing areas, fabulous breakfast with fresh everything, even bubbly and sake!! Our room was spacious (premium deluxe) and many thoughtful touches and amenities. We had the dinner plan too. The first night included all you can eat made to order sushi and wagyu shabu shabu. The second night main was wagyu sukiyaki and tempura. Both dinners had plenty of small plates too, featuring the local IKA SOMEN ( thinly sliced like angel hair noodle local fresh caught squid) and the second night two free drinks so we hit two big bottles of beer! Service and hospitality was great. The massage had bad reviews and was expensive so we didn’t go, but just relaxing in the wonderful bath was plenty!!!

Google maps were misleading by taking us to the La Vista hotel and not the La Vista ANNEX. Thankfully the lovely staff drove us to the right place. The hotel room was large and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The. Onsen was great!

夕食も朝食も新鮮な、食材でとてもおいしかったです。ベットの寝心地も良かったです。 温泉の泉質が良く、窓からの景色は素晴らしい。部屋のティッシュがちょっと、取り出し辛かったですので改善して欲しいです。朝食時、母の足が不自由なのですが御膳野村カートを貸してくださり、助かりました。ありがとうございました。

北海道に得意な方から教えて頂きこちらのホテルを選ばさせて頂きました。とても綺麗でそしてサービスも素晴らしい👍 そして空港からは少し距離がありますが(でも気になりません。)観光するのにとても立地がいいです。市電の駅にも近いし、金森レンガ倉庫にも歩いてすぐ、そして何か足りない物があっても斜め前にコンビニもあって助かりました。 もっと函館を満喫したいので次もこちらに宿泊したいです。

開業以来毎年訪れて4回目になります。函館に来るというよりも、ここに来るのが目的になってしまいました。隣の本館と比べると部屋数も少なく、温泉、エレベーター、レストランなど並ぶことがなく、同じことでも丁寧さを感じます。その分ラビスタの中でも草津と並び高いホテルになってしまいましたが、それでも滞在の満足度が上回ります。

スタッフの方々が、丁寧で親切で最高。外でもご飯しなくていいくらい、朝食、飲み物、充実してます。温泉めあてなら、ホテルと、レンガの倉庫、函館山も近くて、充分楽しめます。 アメニティもいいです。あ、お風呂用のタオルがちょっとヘタリ気味だったかな。 空気の入れ替えしたかったのですが、窓の開け方わからなくて。ちゃんと聞けば良かった。夜泣き蕎麦（ラーメン）行けなくて残念。 ほんとに美味しくて、楽しかったです。

宿泊手続きを済ませると、ロビーにウェルカムドリンクの用意があり、お茶菓子と共に頂くことができました。 息子はメロン紅茶がお気に入りでした。 お部屋も綺麗で加湿器もあり快適に過ごす事がてきました。 大浴場は１５時から翌日の１０時まで入る事ができるので何度も温泉に入ることができ、食事もとても美味しく、お風呂上がりのアイスや飲み物も好きな物をいただけるサービスも嬉しかったです。 函館は大好きな街なので、また行く時は、こちらのホテルに宿泊させていただきたいと思います。 で

本館に比べてこじんまりしていて静かで良い雰囲気でした。スタッフの方もみなさんとても感じ良くて快適に過ごせました。コーヒーやお茶は２４時間飲めるし、アフタヌーンティーでお菓子が置いてあったり、パンがあったり痒いところに手が届くと言った感じで、また訪れたいと思いました。

初めての函館旅行で選びましたが良いホテルでした。 貸し切り露天風呂の空きをスマホでチェック出来るのでそれがほんと良かったです。 部屋も綺麗でしたが洗面台に髪の毛が何本かあり掃除が少し残念なぐらいでその他は大満足です。 アイス、ガラナ、ヤクルト、珈琲、ラーメンなどサービスがあり子供達は喜んでいました。 朝寝起きで沢山食べれなかったので次は夕食付きにしようと思いました。

館内のレストランで夕食をとりたかったですが、予約制ですでに予約が埋まっているとの事で、やむを得ず周辺のレストラン等を探しました。館内のレストランが使えないのは完全に想定外で、周辺の案内もなかったので大変残念でした。部屋は良かったですが、値段の割にはスタッフのサービスの質が低い印象を持ちました。
