スタッフの方々も皆さんとても親切に対応してくださいました。お料理も良かったしホテルは坂の上ではありますが立地条件も良かったです。また是非伺いたいなと思います。

あまりお勧めできません

ホテルの駐車場に駐車して置いたら車をぶつけられました、ホテルの誘導員が誘導していたそうですが・・・・

Exploring Hakone from Shin Zan

Very nice stay in a great Japanese room! Perfect to explore the Hakone region. Hope the outdoor Onsen will be repaired soon after the Taifun!

Very old rooms - if you’d picked the Japanese style rooms but not dirty. The food is amazing! The staff aren’t fluent in Japanese so you’ll need to bumble through check in. They’re also not very helpful. I had asked about entry to Yunessun since that was what we’d intended to do to which the personnel said no. I had to return - just to reconfirm - whether there was any promotion or tie up we could benefit from at which point the chap pulls out a whole folder with brochures related to Yunessun. Shouldn’t that have been his first port of call?

Chaud et froid...

Le sejour eut ete excellent si l'état des installations n'était pas aussi vieillau : en particulier la robinetterie d'un autre âge incontrôlable et si le service en chambre aussi farfelu : serpillières abandonnées dans la chambre, poubelles non vidées etc..... C'est regrettable car les petits déjeuners et les repas japonais inclus dans la demie pension étaient d'une qualité et d'une variete exceptionnelle le tout servi par un personnel au petits soins.

是個值得推薦的溫泉旅館

適合喜歡清淨的旅行人士。櫃台服務人員親切有禮，用簡單的日語就能溝通，用餐環境很好，也有會中文的服務人員。推薦給想要體驗日本溫泉旅館又不想處於吵雜觀光客環境的旅行者。再者，建議部分國家的旅客，出國請盡量深入體驗當地，不要以為出錢就是大爺，大聲喧嘩，只會丟自己國家的臉。

今までで一番酷かった

到着時の迎えやチェックインまでが良かっただけに、その後いろいろ有りすぎたことが残念でなりません。 部屋は清掃されてるはずなのに、ベッドサイドテーブルには考えられない前泊者のゴミが…。部屋のお風呂は排水すると洗面所内に排水が溢れてきました。食事処はバーのように暗かった(左右に分かれていて、反対側は明るかったが席が決まっていたので仕方なく)。始め、年配の女性がひとりで配膳されていました。料理の説明の時にえびがあったので、アレルギーがあるため食材について確認すると「この他にはないと思いますよ～」と。その後小鉢にそれがそのまま入っているのを見て、食事には手がつけられなくなりました。 そして、配膳されていた方はご飯など持ってくると「はいどうぞ～」とお盆を出してきます…自分で取れと。考えられない…。 もう二度と行かないでしょう。

ダニに刺されました！　最悪。

注意！ 寝具にダニがいます！ 温泉も食事もサービスもとてもよかったのですが、朝早く、痒くて目が覚めました。すぐに虫がいると思いました。チェックアウトの際にアンケートとともに「虫に刺された」とフロントに告げると、申し訳なさそうに何度も謝っていましたが、それ以上何かを対応してくれる様子はなし。過剰な謝罪や何かを期待して文句を言うモンスタークレーマーだと思われたくもないので、あくまでも被害報告をしてその場を去りました。 しかし、帰りの車の中で、さらにあちこちに痒みが。。。結局、私と妻とで、それぞれ十数カ所を刺されていました。あとから腫れてくるツメダニのようです。顔も数カ所刺されていました。妻はまぶたも刺されていますが薬も塗れませんので（目に染みるため）、痒みと腫れを我慢しなければならない状態。 時間が経つにつれ腫れはどんどんひどくなり、症状としては痛痒い感じです。まとまって数カ所刺されているところは熱も持っています。 一年の労をねぎらい温泉でゆっくりするつもりだったのですが、とんでもない苦痛です。 全部の部屋ではないかもしれませんが、もし泊まるのであれば覚悟してください。 というか、全部の部屋に虫がいないのが当たり前ですけど。 私たちはもう泊まりません。 そして早急な改善を求めます。
