We loved our stay here, as a group of 8. Such a nice break from the big cities with clear views of Fuji. There wasn’t much nearby in terms of restaurants, but the nearby pizza was delicious! Spa was amazing

Everything was perfect. It was a beautiful place on a beautiful location with every attention to detail imaginable. The onsen, sauna and foot bath were outstanding. Add in the views from the deck and it was unbelievable. Well stocked kitchen, heated floors, sound machines and entertainment center all made for luxurious stay. Thank you!

This was a great location to stay. The amenities were fantastic and we got lucky and were able to see Fuji-san on our last day. Great private onsen inside the room and wonderful views. Would highly recommend.

We were over the moon with this property. It's so rare to have a room so far exceed the photos. The view was even more beautiful in real life and we loved the private onsen bath on the balcony. Could not recommend this hotel more! Stay here if you visit Hakone, you'll be so happy that you did.

Wow, what an incredible experience! This place is simply breathtaking and truly the nicest stay I had while in Japan. The views of Mt. Fuji are absolutely stunning, it's like living a postcard! The sauna was a little too hot for my taste, but the onsen was divine for my sore feet after all that walking around Tokyo. And can we talk about how this space is perfect for a big family? With two bathrooms and two toilets, there's plenty of room for everyone! Oh, and the fridge? It was stocked with free alcohol and some light snacks, which was such a delightful surprise! This is definitely the best spot for a boat ride, a little shopping, and a super relaxing time with amazing views. Highly recommended!

Very clean and tidy inside and outside the room. The washing machine was great and I am confident to wash my clothes with that. The hot sping and saunna room inside were spotless with perfect temperature. We had an extremely good experience in that. We loved that we could hang out together freely inside the living room.
