"Before we got to the hotel the communication about getting to the hotel from the train station was poor and unhelpful. It was disappointing that there wasn’t a restaurant for a light lunch or dinner. And we asked about restaurants nearby we were only told of one. We found one we liked on our own. ..."

"Beautiful property right next to the river. The breakfast was delicious. The room stunning. The in room onsen is a tight squeeze for 2. You will need a taxi to get from Gora Station to the hotel if you have any luggage. They have a shuttle to/from the station but it only operates from 10 am to 6 ..."
