No one was in our room for the first 5 days we were there I had called the front to ask if they could clean up the room as the garbage was starting to pile up. "Clean rooms, efficient and friendly checkin"

"The room was adequate but the Resort needs an update. Everything needs a good cleaning. Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good but a gratuity was charged which I did not discover until checkout - annoying when I already paid a gratuity. The toilet was running and the shower drain was plugged. They were working on updating the Lobby."
