Classic style grand hotel in a great condition. Dormero is renovating the rooms with respect for the heritage. I lived it. Friendly staff too. If anything, I would change the company outfit of the staff. Great for most other Dormero locations, but misplaced for the grand hotel vibe of this particular hotel. I guess not having them wear the red braces would be a good start.

Room was comfortable & clean but in dire need of an update. Cooling fan did not work, in fact heated the room. Flooring chipped & in need of repair. Shower screen broken so water leaked everywhere; bath plug did not work. Lampshade broken. Lights from the car park shone right into the room. No staff available from 10pm until 1pm so could not properly address anything. Free drinks in the room were much welcomed.

Nettes, etwas plüschiges Hotel mit super nettem Personal. Wir durften um14h ins Zimmer. Getränke in Minibar frei, bequeme Betten, sehr gutes Frühstück, fairer Preis. Innenstadt gut zu Fuß in 15min zu erreichen. Möbel und Fußbodenbelag bräuchten ei Update (anscheinend war vorher ein Wasserschaden)

Ich finde dieses Hotel gut (2+) da es zentral liegt und einen guten Service bietet. Man sieht den Hotel seine Erfahrungen mit den Gästen schon etwas an aber dies hat auch seinen Charme an.

An sich war alles soweit ok. Jedoch war das Doppel Zimmer nur für 1 Person vorbereitet. Wir mussten alles ausm Schrank selbst holen, wo sich noch Haare eines anderen Hotelgastes befanden. Des Weiteren heizte die Klimaanlage statt zu kühlen. Somit war es ok … Preis war ok, aber sobald bin ich nicht mehr dort. Personal war nett, Check in super.

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Leider ist das Haus schon in die Jahre gekommen und Mängel an der Substanz werden an defekten Kleinigkeiten sichtbar. Trotzdem fühlt man sich aber gut aufgehoben.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Einrichtung ist sehr chic; für den günstigen Preis hätte ich eigentlich etwas anderes erwartet. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt in einer autofreien Einkaufsstraße, leider hat hier abends alles zu (inkl. Restaurants); schade! Ansonsten prima und klare Weiterempfehlung!
