"Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day.
The rooms are basic but clean. The single rooms are very small; the double rooms much more spacious, There is no air conditioning but the windows open. There is a shared kitchen, a games room and a living area available for guest. Breakfast was basic but fine. This place is good value."
"Lovely lady on the front desk who helped translate information into English. Rooms were incredibly basic and not much privacy when it came to the toilet, but it was a cheap price and met our needs.
Clean enough and our highlight was that it was very quiet which was so needed! Comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. Free parking when using hotel which we were very grateful for. So many shops and restaurants around so you are never wanting for food, drink or shopping. Would definitely stay again!"
"It is a three star so don't I didn't expect high quality, but I did expect the shower head to be able to be set in a fixed position (couldn't be fixed) and I would have expected the restaurant they had to be open on a Friday and Saturday night (no explanation as to why not). But aside from that the location is great if you have a car or motor bike and are exploring the Somme region. The rooms are small but comfortable for the price and the staff very friendly and can communicate with the many English speaking people who stay in the hotel."
"The family that runs this hotel are the kindness people. They are the new owners and have done everything they can to provide the hotel with a fresh start. They were attentive, friendly, provided superior customer service and delightful. We were so lucky to have stumbled upon this place. "
