Nice but noisy!

Nice hotel polite staff and good breakfast (but VERY busy at 06.30 I had to leave without any!) building work was going on and so ask for a room at the front (note this is not an option for disabled travelers all rooms with showers/accessible rooms are at the back)

Overall this property was just ok. I booked through Expedia and when we arrived we had a very very difficult time trying to get a room. The host does NOT speak English, even though the listing showed that she did. The listing also listed a tub, which it did not have. We were told that we could not get breakfast since we didn’t book in advance enough (but ended up being offered breakfast the next morning). There was not air conditioning even though it specified it had one and no window coverings. The bed faced a window that could look into other windows from a home next door. Very awkward. The stay was ok and we did appreciate the uniqueness of it but the experience trying to get into a room overshadowed the experience. I felt as though the listing was false advertisement.

Jobbigt högt ljud frÄn jÀrnvÀgen hela natten annars var rummet rymligt och rent, vÀldigt mjuka sÀngar men sköna lakan. BÀddsoffan var vÀldigt obekvÀm, man lÄg som i en hÀngmatta. Sparsam frukost. Scandic har mer utbud. Fick vÀnta lÀnge pÄ att saker skulle fyllas pÄ varje morgon. Bra AC! Hade varit trevligt med nÄgot för barn pÄ hotellet. Spel, eller present som andra hotell har. Synd att restaurangen öppnar 18. Blir lÀngre vÀntetider pÄ sÄ sÀtt.

Fint och frÀscht rum men brister i frukosten

Fint rum för rimligt pris. Rent och frÀscht, bra med bÄde AC o flÀkt i hettan. Frukosten en besvikelse. Skulle vara öppet fram till kl 11 men redan vid kl 9 började faten att bli tomma. En del fylldes pÄ lite försiktigt, andra förblev tomma. KÀndes som om det inte var nÄgon som styrde upp arbetet i frukostmatsalen. Personalen (unga sommarjobbare de flesta) vid frukosten mötte inte gÀsterna med blick eller leende och verkade knappt prata med varandra. SpÀnd stÀmning. Den kvinnliga personalen som tog emot oss dagen före var dock mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad.
