"Very small room. The queen bed was right against 3 walls so the person sleeping next to the wall had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. The bed only had a heavy comforter on it, no top sheet. The air conditioning could only be turned down so far and the room was warm so we had to sleep without any cover on at all. No closet, just a few hooks on the wall. For seating there is just one small stool for the desk that we had use for a nightstand since there isn’t one."

"We stayed at the Tower Hotel because of its location.You can step outside and see Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London is a short walk away. 1st, the concierge seemed annoyed when we asked for help replacing tickets for an event we missed on day 1. The bartender never acknowledged us with only 2 other guests in bar. Room #1 had mold, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath mat for 2 adults (no washcloths or extra towels). "Overall, a great hotel in a great location. The hotel was welcoming, modern and nicely decorated, with free coffee and water at reception. The area felt safe and it was only a short walk from Olympia, with a Tesco Extra nearby. A pre-check-in is required after booking, along with ID and a credit card at check-in for deposit coverage.
