Our family of four had a great experience. Everything was clean and very well kept. It seemed like the room had been recently renovated. The staff was helpful. And the location was close to the train station.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Appartement war sauber, super eingerichtet,.. Man erreicht in ein paar Minuten die U bahn. Station und ist schnell in der Stadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Tæt på U-Bahn, supermarkeder, indkøbscenter og hvad man ellers kan have brug for til nogle dages ferie i en hotellejlighed, hvor der er køleskab, mikroovn og bestik (dog ingen konventionel ovn). Mulighed for parkering mod betaling. Ro og stilhed trods den centrale beliggenhed i Hamburg-Uhlenhorst.

Standing in front of locked apartment at 12am

Apartment was nice and stay overall good, but unfortunately we, a family of 4, stood in front of a locked apartment with the key cards not working, at midnight, and had to scramble for 45 minutes by phone and text to figure out how to get access. Apparently the concierge had forgotten to take our credit card info at check-in and invalidated the key access. Things like that can happen, of course, but it was a rather annoying experience for us.

Toppenläge i Hamburg

Stora bekväma lägenhetsrum. Mycket sköna sängar. Frukost kan köpas i receptionen annars är Hamburg fullt av trevliga kaféer. Tre min gångväg till Mundsburg, U bahn. Bäst är att du kan få en egen parkeringsplats på gården. Vi återvänder ofta.

Hat alles gepasst

Es hat alles gepasst, nur der Parplatz ist zu teuer. Mein Auto stand auf einem Hofparkplatz unter einer Linde.... muss ich weiterschreiben....also die Wäsche hat noch mal extra gekostet, aber sonst war alles perfekt!!

Generell ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel mit großen Zimmern zu fairen Preisen. Allein das Riesenkossen war mir zum Schlafen zu groß. Ansonsten gabe es nichts zu beanstanden.
