This hotel has character to spare, located a bit outside the city center it's a nice quiet place to stay that's still inside Hamburg. Small TV and bed in the single room, but the quality of the furnishings and balcony more than made up for it. The breakfast service, bistro cart, and mini-bar were all fantastic, and the staff couldn't be more helpful.

Old-world charm in close-in Hamburg

The Eilenau Hotel is tucked away on a quiet street in an area just 2-3 stops from Hamburg's main train station, depending which line you take. The hotel itself is 7 minutes on foot from the Wartenau stop on the U1 line and 11 minutes from the Mundsberg stop on the U3. The hosts are gracious and helpful. I arrived well before noon to drop off my bag before doing some errands, and when I returned later in the afternoon to check in, my bag had been brought to my room, and I had been upgraded to a suite. The suite was spacious, light, and airy, with high ceilings and a skylight in the bathroom. There was complementary fruit and mineral water in the room. The big bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was strong and speedy.

Nettes Haus mit kleinem Garten nach hinten raus, Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Ausruhen auf der kleinen Terrasse und im Garten vorhanden, mitten in der Stadt dennoch sehr ruhig, gemütlich eingerichtet, Super Betten hervorragend geschlafen, sehr familiäres Ambiente, Super leckeres mit reichlich Auswahl und netten Zugaben war das Frühstück! Mit viel Hingabe und liebe zum Detail zubereitet! Zimmergrösse völlig ausreichend, Duschkabine etwas klein aber ok, 80er Größe (denke ich) in meinem Zimmer, Schuhputzzubehör, Schuhanzieher, Save, usw. auf den Zimmern vorhanden. Obst und etwas süßes gab es täglich auf dem Zimmer, Wasserflasche auch vorhanden, WLAN funktionierte auch bestens, Getränke für Abends standen in einem Kühlschrank zur Entnahme bereit mit Strichliste zu dokumentieren. Zimmer teils mit Balkon, Sauna vorhanden, Parkplätze an der Straße zu genüge kostenfrei vorhanden

Very nice suite and accommodations. Fresh fruit and water bottles daily. Breakfast was delightful, the best part to my morning, and staff was helpful. They have town maps at the desk that were a lifesaver. There is a little sushi shop up the street that was delicious, called Yoko. Please contact first if you cannot take stairs.

かわいくて清潔

地下鉄の駅から徒歩５，６分、空港から直通のS1のLandwehr駅からも徒歩10分程度でした。 スタッフはみな感じがよく、ホテルはとにかく清潔でした。 朝ごはんを食べる部屋は乙女の夢みたいなエレガントでかわいい空間でした。手作りのフレッシュスムージーを毎日出してくれました。 シングルの部屋でバスタブはありませんでしたが、シャワーの湯量がたっぷりで満足しました。

Laatua sopivalla hinnalla.

Erittäin viihtyisä pieni , jopa jossain määrin ylellinen perinnehotelli hyvällä rauhallisella aluuella. Parkki löytyy helposti kadulta hotellin edestä. Henkilökunta ja palvelutaso yksi parhaimmista 4-5 tähden hotelleista. Vilpittömät suositukseni ja tänne myös itsekin toistekkin. Ei yhtään ihme että arvostettu monella taholla TOP kymppiin Hampurin majoitusliikkeistä

Enpä taida tulla toiste.

199 euron huonehintaan pitäisi saada ilmastointi tai edes ilmanvaihto. Ikkunoita oli pakko pitää alakerrassakin auki, mikä ei ollu yksin matkustaessa mukavaa. Lisäksi iltaisin tuli hirveästi itikoita sisään. Seutu on todella rauhallista, mikä valitettavasti tarkoitti myös yksin iltaisin kävelemistä pimeässä hotellille. Suihkukoppi oli järkyttävän pieni. Aamiainen ok, mutta ei mitenkään erikoinen. Aamiaishenkilökunta puhui sinnikkäästi minulle saksaa, vaikken ymmärrä sitä sanaakaan. Respassa sentään sain englanniksi palvelua. Sänky oli onneksi mukava nukkua ja naapurit hiljaisia. Yläkerrasta kuului lattian narinaa.

Beautiful house with vintage interiors.

We had a great time, beautiful vintage house and interiors, great breakfast and staff attention. Just a bit noisy street in the morning time provably because they are fixing several streets on the surroundings.

Elegante Stadtvilla - zentral und ruhig

Wir wollten in die Staatsoper Hamburg und gerne vorher übernachten. Das Hotel war leicht bvom Bahnhof per U-Bahn zu erreichen und auch die Staatsoper war einfach mit der U1 zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr elegant und sauber.

We had a very nice trip ti Hamburg/Hotel Eilenau. We had booked a lovely suite, unfortunately ituated under the roof - without aircondition we found it dificult to sleep. Htel is situated just outside Hamburg in a nice neighbourghood - a lovely but long walk from the center. The hotel was lovely.

Tolles Hotel, mein EZ jedoch alt und muffig

Ich hatte ein EZ und hatte mich auf ein schönes, außergewöhnliches Hotel gefreut, wie es den Fotos und Bewertungen zu entnehmen ist. Allerdings war mein EZ offenbar ein letztes, kleines Zimmer, dass mit einem 90cm Bett, einem Badspiegel in Bauchhöhe, einem defekten Wasserhahn, einer defekten Nespresso-Maschine und einem schmutzigen Teppich auf den schönen Dielen ausgestattet war. Zudem war der Herr am Empfang bei Ankunft und Abreise nicht gerade herzlich und sehr sympathisch. Auch kam bei der Bezahlung keine Nachfrage, ob ich zufrieden war oder ob alles in Ordnung war. Ich war aufgrund der Bewertungen sehr enttäuscht.

Smukt og stilfullt hotel i skønne omgivelser!

Stilfullt, klassiskt og romantiskt hotel i skønne omgivelser. Godt pris og god beliggenhed lidt udenfor centrum. Det var en meget skøn promenade ind til byen langs kanaler, grønområder og med en smuk solnedgang længs en stor sø. Vil helt sikkert komme tilbageog prøve et andet af de mange fine værelser.
