Die Ausstattung des Zimmers besonders die Antiquitäten waren gut . Das Frühstück war gut und auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Etwas schwierig ist es spät Abends aus der Stadt wieder zurück zu kommen.

Lovely staff, in need of modernisation

Arrived late and found the key in the outside mailbox which was super handy so we could get to bed straight away without having to do a proper check-in. That said we originally went to #139 'hotel Hesse' as booked but saw a sign that said to go to #164 where our room was, so a bit confusing but not a big issue. Hotel nicely located in Blankenese with bus stops nearby. Decent breakfast. Sadly the hotel could do with some modernising and we thought it was expensive for what we got (our reason for choosing this hotel was to be very near friends and it was indeed a 10min walk away, but we could have spend the same amount of money for a nicer place).

Hotel in Hamburg, jedoch eher ländlich gelegen. Durch Bus und Bahn, Innenstadt relativ gut erreichbar. Leider war an einem Tag das Zimmer gar nicht an einem weiteren Tag nur unbefriedigend gemacht. Ansonsten in Ordnung. Personal beim Empfang und Frühstück sehr freundlich.

Ruhig und preiswert

Wir sind mit 3 Personen angereist und hatten das Hotel Hesse gebucht. Erst bei der Ankunft merkten wir, das es nur eine Gästehaus ist. Die Anmeldung und das Frühstück sind im Haupthaus im Hotel Blankenese, d.h. ein täglicher kleiner Morgenspaziergang ist angesagt. Das hatte ich bei der Buchung nicht herausgelesen. Aber das Frühstück war reichlich und gut, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam und die Zimmer sauber. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, da kommt man nur mit einem Kleinwagen rein und wieder heil raus.

Günstiges Hotel, braucht aber eine liebe Hand.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber man sieht dem Hotel / den Zimmern die Jahre an. Es ist zu erkennen dass etwas getan wird, aber nicht richtig. Unser Bett hatte unterschiedlich hohe Matratzen und der Härtegrad war auch unterschiedlich. Wenn ich schon etwas verbessern / modernisieren möchte, sollte man doch darauf Achten dass alles identisch ist. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist einfach, aber gut. Das Hotel verfügt über 3 Häuser und zwei Parkgaragen die kostenlos aber eng sind. Wer mit einem einfachen, sauberen und günstigem Hotel zufrieden ist, dem kann ich es weiterempfehlen.

Forget it, its a hostel not a Hotel. STRANGE

business trp, its a joke, sorry opposite looks likea prison, one building houses resturant, andother down the road was our rooms, (booked at a different name) reception only manned till 21:30. useless as we came in from work late couldnt get keys. And our rooms were i. the garden behind the retaurant in another building. The reception guy was intent on an argument, the taxi had hassle finding the place. Rude, unhelpful, overpriced, unclear signage, tel number on door at Hesse hotel end was discontinued tone. When explained if we arrived late and with family this would be major issues, he seemed to think this was funny. It is three districts away from hamburg! 18km from our site in the centre. Was not capable to do a refund for us. Old fashioned decor, everywhere we went, dated. View into someones garden shed and living room, resturant exspensive. Breakfast very basic. Sorry we travel all over the world and evryday and have never seen something like this, we did istanbull. munich, hamburg and stuttgart and none like this (this week).
