The hotel is nice but worn. It is located as accessible as it gets when it comes to public transport. Right next to the train station and the bus terminal.

We have stayed at this hotel before and will return again. It is situated near the Haubtbahnhof which is perfect when you go by train. The receptionist Hamid is an extremely nice person. Clean, nice, comfortable beds. Very highly recommended!

For budget minded people this is an amazing location.
Clean very convenient location.
Staff most welcoming experience in many years of travel (did not catch the mans name)
I slept 13 hours in a modest but clean room.
They offered breakfast for €12 yet not pushy.
Outside has the usual issies of being near a main station with drugs / homeless however alot of security/ people passing bye for no real concern.
Ill be back next time in town.

Close to Hamburg HBF.
This hotel is only 150m from the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage with them prior to my room being available. Perfect for a solo traveler who just needs a bed for the night.

On a budget you get what you pay for, although this felt like somewhat overpriced. Only great things was the service at the front desk and the location close to the main railway station and S and U Bahn. Otherwise the room was tiny,and outdated.

I stayed here for Ironman Hamburg. The prices were lower than elsewhere and the location was convenient. The hotel and room are basic and the area outside isn’t the most inviting BUT it is very clean and well kept inside and the staff do everything to make you feel at home. It was a little hot in my room so I asked for a fan and it was provided. Overall a simple but clean and functional stay. Thank you!

Great front desk staff in the afternoon and morning. One thing needs major attention that is the light sensors in the common area and specifically the stairs. It’s complete dark when you enter the stairs to catch the elevator and it takes significant amount of time and movement in the stairs to get the sensor working. Very risky

Top central location. Interieur is a bit outdated, but functional and clean. Great that there is an elevator - though it can take a while. Same with shared showers: great when you share with people who are on a different schedule, else you might find yourself competing. Central location is definately top practical, will return!

no toilet or shower in the single room
I booked a single room for two nights, and when arriving I found out theres no toilet or shower in the room, this was not stated clearly anytime doing the online booking. Toilet and shower is shared with others, where I think the price for a singe room without is too high. The room is also not the cleanest in the corners and at the desk where the window and radiator is.
The receptionists on the other hand very welcoming and kind. able to share any info one may need about Hamburg.
The hotel is places by the main train station if you never been to Hamburg before be aware this is a noisy area, with homelessness and addiction. Its not an unsafe area
