The location was quiet and a short walk to the main sightseeing attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Not much to fault.

The breakfast is close to excellent, even for us active people who demand more fuel than some simple white bread, cookies etc. The staff was friendly and communication was easily executed in english (in contrast to most of the staff at Deutsche Bahn - unbelievable!!). The only minus I can think of was the hair of a previous guest all over the place in the bathroom...

It's a great place if you're gonna stay a few days, the breakfast is great 👍 and the rooms too. Definitely I'd choose it again. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd strongly recommend go there through bus, if you take the S-Bahn there'll be a lot of stairs

Eher ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel und für den Preis dann leider wirklich zu teuer und zu wenig. Das der Aufzug unseren kompletten Aufenthalt (3 Tage) defekt war und nur einer für alle Gäste zu Verfügung stand war nicht gut aber okay… Der Parkplatz für Hotelgäste (28€ pro Tag) kostet weit mehr als umliegende Parkhäuser und daher leider auch absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Beim Einchecken wurden wir recht genervt von einer Dame in meiner Meinung nach unpassender Freizeitkleidung begrüßet was ich für vier Sterne und den Preis sehr schwierig finde. Die Zimmer sind mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet aber auch nicht mit mehr. Der Fön ist eine einzige Katastrophe und gehört in den Müll. Sauberkeit ok aber nicht super gut. Das Frühstück war auf jeden Fall sehr reichhaltig allerdings eher weniger für Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten oder Veganer*innen geeignet. Kaum Ersatz Produkte keine Heißgetränk mit anderer Milch und kein glutenfreies Brot. Allem in allem okay würde es aber auf keinen Fall für den Preis empfehlen.

Es la primera vez en mi vida que me grita un gerente en un hotel en la recepción. Nos quejamos 3 días consecutivos sobre la falta de limpieza en nuestro cuarto, al principio no tuvimos jabón para las manos, y a partir del segundo día nuestra habitación no fue limpiada. Al quejarme por segunda vez , en lugar de ser empáticos los del personal del hotel intentaron aleccionarme en mis modos de comunicar mi enojo a la situación siendo ellos agresivos y groseros gritándome a mi y a mí esposa mientras nuestras hijas veían todo. Sólo una persona accedió a tratar de resolver nuestras quejas . En general el servicio por parte del personal del lobby es DEPLORABLE y deberían de capacitarse en servicio y atención al cliente. He viajado por muchos países y me he hospedado en todo tipo de hoteles y jamás había vivido un trato así por parte del personal.

Erstmal vielen Dank für den unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Das einchecken verlief ohne Probleme. Zu den Park-Möglichkeiten können wir nichts sagen, jedoch ist der Bahnhof nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt und an sich war alles gut erreichbar. Wir haben es vorallem gewählt, wegen der Nähe zum Harry Potter Theater. Verlasst euch da nicht aufs Navi. Das ganze ist nur über die Straße in die Nebenstraße rüber, an der Rezeption konnte man es uns gut erklären. Dies war unter 10min erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend. Traurigerweise sollte so ein Zimmer schon in der heutigen Zeit Standard sein. Diese sind sauber, heile und die Matratzen bequem. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und ansprechend, jedoch sollte man nicht nach 09.30h mehr hin, da man bei uns schon gegen 9.50h das Buffet am abräumen war und eigentlich es laut App bis 10.30h gehen sollte. Etwas das uns auch gestört hat, war der Renovierungslärm oder was es war, da gebohrt und gehämmert wurde ab ca. 8.30h. Mit ausschlafen war da nichts, wobei man ja auch zum Frühstück musste. Dies war durch den Lärm aber auch etwas unentspannt. Wir hätten uns beim Einchecken zumindest eine Informationen diesbezüglich gewünscht, damit man sich drauf einstellen kann. Die Gegend ist nicht die schönste, jedoch ist von dort alles schnell und gut erreichbar, dafür können die nichts. Alles im allen, war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung, vom Zimmer und Frühstück her, kein extremer Luxus, aber da bezahlt man halt die Zentrale Lage.
