"This motel is considered by us to be the upper middle class of motels. It looks fairly new and well furnished. It has a nice breakfast area, clean, good tables, and standard but good breakfast food (ie egg omelets pre prepared, scrambled, bacon and sausage, cereal, some fresh fruit, etc./ These are of course buffet style with an attendant to help. Bed was good and black out shades were terrific. The motel is very near the highway (i-5) but the noise was minimal. The parking is well lit and seems secure. The large BUT for us is the air conditioner. It appears new like the rest of the hotel, but it sounds like a jet engine starting up and running. A nights sleep is like flying on an airline at cruise or taking off. I would probably stay there again considering the value price of the room."
"like: location, several quality eating facilities directly across street, but didn't feel like were staying at a strip mall.
Friendly, helpful staff all we encountered
breakfast offerings were simple, but slight changes made each day we were there
did not like: public areas, i.e. downstairs bathrooms for "pool" use not cleaned well
dirty towels on floor there from evening to next morning at
breakfast time = 7:30 am
also outside walkway used as toilet - along walkway, and it was not from pets"
"Well, the hotel is really great from cleaning , location and given price , i have been staying in this hotel for many years , They serve the Grab and go type of breakfast between 6 to 10, i reached 3 minutes after they close the breakfast and i asked a lady to give me a glass of water and she said its closed, you can get it from Gas pump opposite to the hotel, wow a glass of water cant be served to a Loyal customer staying with you for 5 years :)"
"We stayed in Chico during a 2 week road trip in Northern California. Our room was perfect for what we needed, a nice sofa to lounge and watch some TV shows, good WiFi connection, spacious bathroom, clean and cozy bed, and blackout shades. We were a bit hungry and the cafe provided options we found appealing and tasty for dinner. Recommend the location as it is close to major retailers in case you need to resupply."
