"I trusted the rating from Hotels.com. I’ll be much more careful in the future. Our room was gross, the Heat/Ac was inoperable. The plug and outlet had burn marks. The shower head was so corroded that water barely came out. The bed had indents where people lay. The bedding was 3 sheets. When we asked the front desk for help with the heat and a/c we were told they were full. She gave us a fan and told us to open the window. The breakfast was a joke, cold coffee, cold gravy with biscuits and not much else. I am normally pretty easy going, but the fact that not one member of staff or management attempted to make this right is sad. We will never be back, and I would be very careful if you choose to stay here."
"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but the property itself needs better cleaning and maintenance. Our towels had holes in them, the bathroom had a very strong weed odor, the hallways smelled like cigarettes, and the fitness room was messy and had an unpleasant smell."

We booked therough hotels.com for our guys for a week and they gave them keeys they stayed two nights and went to work and came back doors were locked they went to front desk and asked access and they said you didnt pay, I called hotel.com and spent 4 hours and hotel.com resolved it. after two weeks againthe same issue and I moved my guys out of that hotel. 0 customer service I had contacted hotel.com and hotel.com assistant called them and front desk never pick up phone I called our guy who was in hotel and said please go to let front desk know so she can pick up phone hotel.com wnated to resolve the issu she still didnt pick up phone and I had no choice move guys out to another hotel."
"The property was very clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious, neat, and comfortable, and overall everything was in good condition. I had a pleasant stay.
One suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron in every room, regardless of the room type (suite or standard), as it is a basic necessity for travelers. Also, there was no shampoo available in the bathroom initially.
However, the staff was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. When I requested these items, they promptly provided everything, including an iron. Their quick response and positive attitude really made a difference.
