"Everything was fine except 2 minot things. My key kept losing memory and I had to walk a ways to get another one. But the desk clerk walked with me to be sure it worked. The second time it happened I called and they told me the room with a new key. It was not near my cell phone either time. I travel and I am aware of that issue. The other thing was the toilet bowl needs some adjustment. Water pressure in shower was very good. TV was very nice but I could not get premium channels to work and...

"The property is very nice, you can walk right down to the lake. They also have tent set up if you want to sit next to the pond. They have a fire pit and grill you can use. They stock in the cottage a lot of different drinks and breakfast things. It was a great experience and the owners are extremely friendly and answer you right away if you need anything."

"I probably would have written a better review if the price of the room had been more in line with the service provided. I was told that perhaps the cost of the room was higher because it was a holiday weekend. The room was clean. The staircase had edges of the steps taped down with duct tape. The biggest issue I had was that my room was supposed to have been a suite. Given the name of the facility, I suppose all the rooms were "suites". My "suite" had all the furniture of suite but almost none...

"Do not stay here—this place is an absolute nightmare and a health hazard. Upon check-in, staff aggressively followed us up to our room demanding $20 upfront for a pet fee while we were trying to unpack. When we went down to tell them we couldn't stay because the room was uninhabitable, they started yelling and screaming at us about extra fees.
