Owner tried to charge me for 3 extra people even though I had paid upfront for 4. Sink doesn't drain, toilet runs non and is close to overflowing. No safe or fridge. Bed sheets were too small and came off all night. The room wasn't cleaned before we arrived, it was sprayed with axe. Fights all night, cops in and out.
Room has a bad smell. Bed sheet is stained. Avoid this hotel.

Horrible
When I checked in the man at the desk never looked at my paper for what I booked he just gave us a key to a room. Booked a nonsmoking room opened the door and smelled like nativism went back to desk he gave us a different room. Room was dirty no microwave and no wifi. There was also a bullet on the steps outside. Definitely will never stay here again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Dirty Place
Believe the low ratings. Do not stay. They don't sanitize the rooms. There was hair in the shower and the shower curtain.

Would never stay again
This place was horrible! The customer service sucked! The front desk did want to give us extra towels. The fire alarm went off at 6am and no one called to tell us it was a false alarm. It kept going off for an hour the toilet was not clean and the beds were hard
Nothing like the pictures.
Trashy hotel with a sweaty comforter on the bad
Bad odor
Broken keypad
Hallways and stairs had peeling paint
Manager was gruff.
We left after 5 min. because we were afraid of bed bugs or catching something just using the bathroom.
Never ever again!
Nothing. We would of moved to a different hotel but they wouldnt give us our money back. Ice macine had ciggerate buts in it. The carpetted stair didnt get cleaned all the time we were there. Dont ask for extra towels you wo t get them. The place needs a good ckeck from the health department. Never stay there again.
I was there for a concert which was amazing at Hampton Coliseum Jazz Festival tribute to my dad who passed away in Jan. Now the hotel was very disappointing owned by foreigners and they did not put any money or effort for it to be nice! My room was horrible unable to get anything else because everywhere else was booked up! I would never stay there again!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Dingy overall; unsavory long-term tenants; dirty parking lot; 3 levels of stairs to climb with luggage because there is 1 elevator in the back of the motel.
The first room was not cleaned and actually had someone’s discarded full cup of coffee. Ion the second room, the sink backed up and drained very slowly. The water did not get warm let alone hot. There was trash littering the parking lot. I checked out two days early and found another hotel 20 miles away. It was horrible.
I requested a nonsmomong room and the room smelled of cigarettes all weekend and I dont smoke. The mirrors appeared to be cleaned with a dirty cloth which left streaks. Two towels were available to my family of 4 and one of them had brown dried up stains on it. The tub had grey marks in it that wouldn"t come out. The blankets for the two beds were dirty and one of them had a cigarette burn in it. There was a dried up whitish stain under the table near my bed.....😲😲😲. At least the elevator worked and Benjie the person at rhe front desk was pleasant.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms had a horrible smell & the carpets had stains on them. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
Me and my family drove 12 hours from Indiana to Virginia I booked the room thru u guys for two night..i called the hotel to let them know we were gonna be late getting there they said that was OK..when we got there they gave our room away.because we were late due to road construction.
1. Pictures on the website doesn’t match actual lobby
2. Dirty smelly carpets throughout entire hotel
3. Open hallway doors slowly or else!
4. Empty vending machines with incorrect price labels (I was told I could cross the street to purchase at gas station!)
My stay was unbearable dirty sheets, stained mattress, dirty towels and wash clothes, brownish stains on the curtain as if the previous occupant blew their brains out pubic hair and mold in the shower I’m surprised I diddnt share a bed with a rat. The hotel staff was unaccomidating to say the least if my home wasent 200 miles away I would of drove home instead. Expedia should be ashamed to let this establishment post false pictures on site do not stay here you will regret it. Worst than a low budget motel couldn’t pay me to stay here again.
Avoid! Spend 10 extra bucks to get something nicer
The pictures of this place are very deceiving. From more than 10 years ago when it was a La Quinta. There's a homeless camp right next door. Also a lovely glass cage around the front desk . The room was dirty, one of the beds had a bunch of hair from the previous tenant. Gross.
The room was not very clean, the bed had me itching all night and the cloths and towels were not clean in the room, everything looked like it was half washed.
