Unique place to stay! Very close to walk to area with bars and restaurants in an old town feel. Very close to public transportation which we road and very easy to figure out where you are going. Very friendly staff and an older building with lots of charm!!

Friendly and cozy hotel in Hanau

Very friendly and helpful personal, made me feel at home. The beds are comfy and the rooms a good size. Breakfast has what you need. Parking availiable and easy access for hotel guests after closing. Expect being woken by church bells, like the old days :)

What a great gem in the city of Steinheim. I love this place and would stay there again. Very courteous staff, close to a bus stop, conveniences and just a lovely area. Price was so reasonable. great breakfast, they even had ready made waffles? I can only recommend them.

Zimmer und Hotel

Es ist ein kleines Hotel mit 18 Zimmern und acht Parkplätzen in der Altstadt von Hanau. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön hergerichtet. Allerdings würde ich im Sommer nicht mehr einchecken, da die Zimmer sich enorm aufheizen. Ich hatte auf meinem Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, mein Kollege auf seinem Zimmer auch nicht. Zur kühleren Jahreszeit kann man derzeitig ohne weiteres dort verweilen. Der Hotelier sollte für die Zukunft in gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen investieren, um die Sommertage und Sommernächte in den Zimmern ertragbar zu machen. Ich war nur zwei Nächte dort und konnte an keinem dieser Nächte gut schlafen, weil es eben zu heiß im Zimmer gewesen ist. Ansonsten wurde ich sehr gut empfangen. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend. Besser geht immer. Für mich hat es gereicht.

Schöne Unterkunft gute Lage-freundlicher Service

Der Check-in war unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist absolut top zentral in der Altstadt von Steinheim mit guten Restaurants. Unsere Räder wurden sicher in der Garage verschlossen. Das Frühstück hatte eine reichhaltige Auswahl und Extra-Wünsche, wie z. B. Rührei wurde frisch zubereitet. Absolute Empfehlung-wir haben das Hotel im Zuge einer Radtour an der Kinzig und Main genutzt.

Das Hotel ist zwar nicht gerade günstig, aber alles war sehr gut zu bewerten. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße hin, aber in der Nacht war es trotzdem relativ ruhig. Frühstück sehr gut, alles vorhanden. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Lovely stay

Parking was tricky but to be expected in such a great location. Right adjacent to the Old Town that had a ton of great restaurants. Innkeeper was friendly and nice.

Für das Preisniveau gibt es sicher besseres.

Das Zimmer roch sehr stark nach Raumspray, zur Straße gelegen sehr laut viel Schwerlastverkehr. Leider gab es auch kein Frühstück (Corona)

Typisch Duits hotel in Hanau

Ietwat ouder, klassiek Duits hotel in Hanau. Ik denk dat het gerund wordt door een familie. Mijn kamer was vrij groot met een heel comfortabel bed. Het ontbijt is niet erg uitgebreid, maar eigenlijk toch meer dan voldoende.

Great hotel with character

I was working in the area and stayed here for work. The people were extremely friendly and had no problem with me checking in at noon. The breakfast was sufficiently good and the place is a reasonable walk from the train station. I would stay here again the next time I need to be in the town.

Uma boa surpresa

No início levamos um pequeno susto: a recepção do hotel fica fechada, e só abre as 15hs. Não eh possivel, sequer, armazenar as malas na recepção. Mas este imprevisto foi compensado pela simpatia e presteza do dono quando, enfim,entramos

Das Zimmer war muffig und versprühte den Charme der 80er. Mich erwartete eine angenuckelte Flasche Wasser und ein nicht entleerter Mülleimer. Beim Frühstück wurden Brötchen vom Vortag aufgetischt, Butter und Frischkäse stehen stunden- vielleicht sogar tagelang ungekühlt auf dem Buffet. Auch der Service war alles andere als professionell. Bei den Zuständen sind die Zimmer vollkommen überteuert! Bisherige Bewertungen mit mehr als drei Sternen müssen gefälscht sein.

They advertised they are open all day. We arrived at 2pm to be told he would open up at 3. He told us breakfast was until 10 a.m. At 8.40 the next morning he was banging on our door telling us breakfast finished at 9. The hotel itsef is lovely though A bit noisy if you have rooms at the front as it overlooks the high street
