"家族旅行で予約するも、まさかラブホテルだったとは。 駐車場のつくり、ロビーすべて一般的なラブホテル。正直詐欺にあった印象です。 流石に子連れで泊まるには微妙だったので、キャンセルできるか確認するも、クレジット前払いでキャンセルもできないとの回答。設定されている部屋代は、実際支払っていた金額よりもかなり安く、Hotel's Comの対応にも問題あり。 二度と泊まる気にはならない"

"Really nice hotel away from the cities. Though we were only there for a night, so didnt make use of the on-site onsen, the place had an awesome vibe."

"Room was hot and air conditioning was not available. Only fan and heater. Maybe because it’s still spring and not summer? Entrance to hotel off of main road is really difficult to see and dangerous. No dinner service. Other Route Inn have great dinner, why not this one? Front desk staff is great. Area around hotel is grim but hotel is nice. "
