"The service was fantastic at the Solaria. Lily at front desk especially brought excellent energy and enthusiasm to make our trip a great one. We stayed in the family room suite which was very spacious. It was also the perfect blend of old world charm and new world comfort. The hotel is in the heart of everything! Perfectly located for walking or taking a quick grab to any of the sites in the city. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely go back/recommend to family and friends."

"We had a wonderful stay with very friendly staff, the room was lovely and clean. We all had a massage and it was wonderful after a day in busy Hanoi! The staff were very accommodating/ our only issue was that when it rained heavily, it came through the light switch but we had a lovely stay."
