"The building has security 24/7 at the lobby, so we always felt very safe. Theres a little 7-Eleven in the lobby but a lot of people, including us, would grab food often. The pool is beautiful, but its small and does feel crowded around 4pm when all the people and their kids come out for an afternoon swim. The best time to swim without any people is 11am-3pm. As for our room, the hist was great with communicating with us and would check in and schedule times for a house cleaner to come and clean...
