This is a very nice property. Before you think it’s on the pricey side, be advised that you’re not going to find any Ritz Carlton or Mandarin Oriental hotels on Easter Island. The Taha Thai is probably one of the top two or three hotels on the island, and the other two are very very expensive. This is an amazing property, and the restaurant is top-notch.

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast had all the necessary items. The restaurant was always clean. The hotel Staff is wonderful. Shout out to Paulina who was so helpful to us when our tour company fell short on the tours of the island and national parks we purchased. She actually intervened on our behalf and got them to provide what we had paid for. All Staff were kind and helpful. The pool is beautiful. If I were to go back to Easter Island I would stay here again.

Basic clean room with high quality bath towel excellent cleaning each day. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good not great. Many items gone before ending time. Free cold water to refill your own container. Dinner show was very good. Air conditioning worked well.

Taha Tai is within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and downtown area. Continental breakfast at the hotel restaurants is right by the ocean with a great view of the blue waters of the pacific. The additional benefit of staying at Taha Tai is that they can arrange tours for you and you are picked up at the hotel.

From the moment you check-in at the hotel, the staff are available to assist with your needs. The restaurant menu offers a variety of very tasty dishes. One should consider booking various tours through the hotel. The operator is very reliable and the tour guides are, at a minimum, bi-lingual (Spanish and English). The hotel is in walking distance of two banks, numerous restaurants and an artisanal gifts centre.

I had a wonderful stay at Taha Tai hotel. My room was comfortable and the property is beautiful. There is a cold and hot water dispenser at the reception area that was convenient. The beach is close by as are many shops and restaurants. There is a convenience store close by. I had dinner at the Restaurant twice and it was delicious!
