This is not an Ibis Hotel, as in part of the chain of upmarket hotels, it is a dirty, half finished rat trap. The photo is hugely misleading suggesting a decent frontage, instead it's so small and dark it's easy to miss. The corridors are uncarpeted and dirty, the rooms little better. There are no facilities to speak of in the hotel. The only positive feature is the location on Zhongshan Zhonglu, a nicely kept touristy street.

地點方便，靠窗面對南宋御街雖然聽得到街上談笑聲，但入夜後也就安靜下來了，在這條路上的飯店應該都差不多。房間的燈光稍嫌不足。整體來說，還算不錯。

水龍頭有問題，水流慢、櫃台服務員態度一般，對提出的問題不能解答清楚。 地點好，就在南宋御街，行至清河坊及高銀街都很近。

Relaxing and comfortable stay.

The staff is especially friendly and considerate. And the locatiion (on an historic street with no vehicles allowed, and close to West Lake) is quite enjoyable - as there are a multitude of gift shops, restaurants, and plenty of fruit and snack stands.

Dirty, noisy, unfriendly

noisy, dirty and unfriendly. Dirty, smelly bedsheets and pillows. Although it's located in such a good area it is definitely worth looking for a hotel a little out of zhongshan and hefang lu. We decided to cut short our stay there. Dreadful!

a convenient location, but...

Wasn't happy about cigarette smoke coming through the aircon, Also around 1 AM someone managed to open my room with their pass key. I guess she mistook it for hers.
