Though the hotel is located next to a MTR station, but still you have to spend 30 min in transportation if you want to visit West Lake. The hotel is next to a construction site. So earplugs are provided in the room!! Besides, it is located in a residential area, so no shopping can be done. I even cannot find a convenient store nearby.

地點挺方便的，住的地方也乾淨舒服，就是那洗澡的浴簾有點臭味，希望酒店要定時洗一洗或換新的。

For the first full day I was by myself and I noticed there was no local travel service available. The man at the concierge was not very convincing when I showed him the map and asked him directions to the West Lake In Hangzhou. He was dismissive of my request. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Decent value for money

The hotel was in good shape and most of the tourist attractions where only a cheap and short taxi-trip away. The room was clean and the service good.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. the last time was in 2016. what i found is that the hotel is badly in need of a renovation. the A.C. wasn't working , The shower curtain was torn in many places. The staff , in particular the concierge and the doorman were useless. I arrived at the hotel with 3 bags and all they did was stare at me with folded arms. I will not stay at this hotel again

Service going downhill

Stayed here many many times and generally everything is ok. Unfortunately this time we were given smoking room despite us booking non smoking. The rooms were awful, the smell was so bad I had to ask to change. When we went to reception to change rooms the receptionist was rather un helpful and a little rude. He offered us basic rooms instead of executive ones, which would of been fine as long as they were prepared to offer us a refund for the difference, which he wasn’t. After a little arguing the reception found us suitable rooms and everything was resolved, but really don’t think it should have taken us to argue the point to get the rooms we had originally booked.

装修有些老旧，走廊里通风情况不佳，有霉味。游泳池和健身房是舒适堡的，健身器材多，但游泳池因暑期舒适堡很多小孩培训班，人满为患，使用不是很方便

Nice hotel off Jianguo North Subway station

The Donghe River is nearby and it makes for a great morning walk since both sides of the river are landscaped as a park. The subway is nearby which also makes travel convenient. My room was comfortable and clean. Evening gets noisy when people dance to music, but they stop at a decent hour.

Good westerner friendly business hotel

Good westerner friendly hotel in Hangzhou. Not best area (by westlake) but ok for 1 night business trip. I stayed @ this hotel years ago & little change. Everything is ok. Rooms bit small but overall cost/benefit/package is good. Fast internet. Lobby entrance bit dank. Rooms needs refreshing. I will stay here again. Staff attentive & helpful. I can get hotel next to westlake cheaper but then slower wifi+poor services etc. I can also pay much more for Sofitel/Shangri la & get little extra. Indoor pools& gyms useful only if you have time to use

Stayed 1 night as need to catch High speed train the next day. Hotel is in close proximity to Hangzhou Railway station approx. 20mins by car. Breakfast is reasonably well spread and room is comfortable.

ロケーションが良い

部屋の広さも出張には十分な広さで清潔感もあり、設備も問題ない。 唯一残念なのがバスタブが浅すぎることぐらい。

地下鉄の建国北路を出てすぐで便利。近くを流れる東河も朝の散歩にはおすすめ。客室も新しくはないが、十分清潔に保たれていて不満なし。
