"Bij aankomst kregen we niet de kamer die wij geboekt had. Volgens de receptionist hadden wij één upgrade gekregen, omdat de kamer die wij geboekt hadden niet beschikbaar was op dat moment. De ‘upgrade’ was alles behalve een upgrade. Je had geen mooi uitzicht en moest trappen lopen om bij je kamer te komen. Wij hebben dit geweigerd. Ivm gezondheidsredenen konden wij niet dagelijks traplopen. Er bleef 1 optie en dat was een andere kamer en daar moesten wij uiteindelijk ook extra voor betalen. Erg...
