"We let the hotel know we were staying here on the two nights of our wedding weekend and they were very welcoming. When we arrived, a gentleman member of staff offered to take our bags to our room, which had been upgraded! In the room was a sweet message congratulating us. 5 minutes later the man returned with some bubbles for us! Such a lovely touch. The room was well equipped with dressing gowns, slippers, vanity kits, complimentary bottled water, biscuits and a variety of teas and coffees in addition to a nespresso machine. It was comfortable with the option of aircon/heating. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage and hanging space. Breakfast was good. The stock of cold cuts, cheese and some other bits could have been refreshed a bit more promptly as we did find ourselves asking for replenishments a couple of times even though there 3/4 staff in the room. The omlette was definitely the best choice for the hot breakfast and the different juices were delicious."

"Did not appreciate being woken at 8am by the cleaner when i was working nights and only saying for 1 night why would u need to come in at 8am when i was checking out 11!!"

"I arrived late but the night porter was excellent and provided me with food and drink. The room was fine. The breakfast service was awful, I had to go to reception, where the staff were hanging around chatting, to ask for Milk and orange juice. They never came to my table to ask if I wanted tea or coffee, I had to go back to reception to get them to serve me some coffee, they then cam to my table to ask what I’d like for breakfast. I was told breakfast was from 7-9am, they didn’t have anything ready until 8am and I was let’s for my first appointment because of this."

"Nice location, in the deep of Surrey AONB but that’s where it ends. The building itself is dated and needs modernising. It’s great as somewhere to lay your head. Small bathroom, thin pillows and duvets. "

"What a gem of a find!! Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Comfortable bed in a stunning room, complimentary products from hand wash to gin were of excellent quality. Breakfast was full English for us was superb. The Bel and Dragon is definitely top of our list for places to stay. "

The property itself is absolutely stunning. It's set in a private, fenced area with a beautiful private garden. Its perfect for relaxation and enjoying some peaceful time. The whole setup offers excellent privacy and a real sense of retreat. The amenities were thoughtfully prepared, making our stay comfortable and convenient from start to finish. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a special getaway. Five stars!"
