"At 12:20am someone knocked on our door while we were sleeping and said they gave us the wrong room so we had to change it. We checked in around 6:30pm but it took them about 6 hours to figure out that we were given a wrong room. I specifically asked where's the bathroom during the check in since I knew we were getting shared bathroom. However wben the employee told us where the bathroom is we were bit surprised because it was a private bathroom instead. Anyway, it was a horrible experience of...
