Great location, short drive to motorway, plenty of food choices around and in hotel. Stayed with our baby and they were welcoming on arrival and we got a big room with plenty of space for a pram and cot.

Hotel seems ok, do not expect more. They have strictest rules not to help you provide an early entrance without getting 20 € even though there are ready rooms. Public transport is quite close, that was our reason to choose.

Comfortable and convenient

Stayed here for one night for a flying visit to Hannover. The room was very comfortable with a nice modern ensuite and good air conditioning. Nice and clean in the room and the public spaces that we saw (we didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on that). The location was very convenient with a U-bahn stop right outside the hotel that got us into the city centre in about 10 or 15 minutes. Very smooth checking in and checking out with friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely return and wouod recommend this as a good place to visit Hannover from.

Unreasonable Hospitality

We received outstanding customer service, particularly from the manager who was working double shifts. He began the days with breakfast service and was still there when we returned late in the evening. All smiles - and a fantastic attitude.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Es befindet sich am Kanal in Hannover. Die Erreichbarkeit ist gut. Ein großes Parkhaus ist vorhanden, sowie eine Tram Haltestelle vor den Hotel. Das Frühstück Buffet ist vielfältig und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Ich war nun schon wiederholt dort gewesen. Es gab nie etwas zu beanstanden.

Wir waren schon öfter hier und hatte jedes Mal verschiedene Zimmertypen. Beim letzten Mal bekamen wir ein Upgrade und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Alles da was man brauchte, gute Ausstattung, ruhig und ansprechend. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Was will man mehr? Wir kommen wieder!

Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren noch vom Vormieter. Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit wurde mir dann ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen. Schade ist, dass ich für diesen Aufenthalt meine kostenlose premiumnacht verwendet habe. Aus Kulanzgründen würde ich mir wünschen, dass diese mir wieder gut geschrieben wird.

Jeg var meget skeptisk, da mit ophold var meget billigt. Jeg blev heldigvis positivt overrasket, hotellet ligger et godt sted, hvor man kan parkere 100 meter derfra og så gratis.

Deilig air condition og veldig fresht rom. For de som er høyere vil like dette hotell da jeg som er 168 cm satt og dinglet med føttene når jeg satt på do. Bra parkering mot avgift. God resturant der spiste jeg de beste pommes jeg noensinne har spist. Frokosten var også veldog bra.

Det eneste der trækker ned er, at parkering er ret dyrt, især for en enkelt nat, vi var der kun i 12 timer. Morgenmaden var udmærket, brødet dog lidt kedeligt, og der virkede lidt udsolgt, når man kom til kl 9.
