No one at this hotel speaks any English and they don't want to try to either, I would say its a B & B not a hotel, we had a double room with twin beds, our bathroom was over the corridor and not en-suite, which was quite awkward locking and unlocking doors! The breakfast was I would say minimal and a typical German selection of cold meat and cheeses. I will not being staying here again.

guter Service ,sauber und gut eingerichtet

Ich hatte ein Seminar im gleichen Hotel in dem Ich auch buchte. Ein sehr zuvorkommender Service, ich würde sagen ein gutes aufmerksames Hotel.

nicht zu empfehlen

unfreundlichkeit Bad und Dush im Flur und nicht im Zimmer man muss immer das Zimmer abschliessen im Flur laufen um das Badzimmer und Toiletten zu benutzen. Im Flur sind noch 2 andere Zimmer. Zimmer unsauber Kuhlschrank im Zimmer zu laut das man schlaffen kann Internet nicht vorhanden obwohl das bei der Besstellung einegegeben wurde, um Internet zu nutzen müss man über Hotspost 4,95 Euro täglich bezahlen. Früstück ist auch nicht das beste Hotel ausserhalb der Stadt.

Ottima Soluzione per le fiere!

Vicinissimo alla fermata del Tram Safariweg che consente di raggiungere il centro in 20 min e la fiera in 40 min anke se in taxi si trova a 15 min dal Messe Nord. Stanza più che degna, pulita, con frigo bar, ciabatte ed accappatoio, bagno un po' piccolo e colazione abbondante, è un hotel ricavato in una casa.

2 stöckiger Niedersächsischer Baustiehl gepflegt

Die gepflegte Anlage sowie die Nachbargebäude machen einen sehr guten gesamteindruck.Von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle ,bis zum Hotel sind es nur wenige minuten .Ideal fand Ich es das ein joggen in die Landschaft möglich und nicht wie üblich im Straßenverkehr.Das einchecken mit personalabfrage auf einem Formblatt an der Rezeption wurde schznell und freundlich abgewickelt .Das Zimmer wurde mir gezeigt ,es war modern neu eingerichtet mt Bad und 2 waschbecken .Die rezeptions Dame fragte ,ob das Zimmer zuträfe oder ob Ich ein anderes Zimmer wünsch ,was Ich verneinte. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit , Aufmerksamkeit werden in diesem Haus ernst genommen .Frühstück war vielfältig und reichlich. Schon wegen der Ruhe werde ich hier wieder Buchen .Es hat mir sehr gefallen.

Ruhiges Gasthaus

Mit einem Hotel hat dieses Haus wirklich wenig zu tun. Keine Rezeption etc. Die Betreiber/Personal sind bemüht und freundlich. Leider nicht unbedingt flexibel oder geschult. Neben zahlreichen Informationen die ich beim Check-in geben musste (Ausweisnummer) habe ich keine ordentliche Rechnung erhalten. Mein Name ist auf allen Dokumenten falsch (und jeweils auch unterschiedlich falsch) geschrieben. Rechnungsadresse von mir wurde laut aussage vom Betreiber nicht richtig übermittelt und daher musste ich meine Privatadresse angeben (auch von meinem Mitreisenden Kollegen!) Geld wurde sofort nach der Buchung von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht (nicht wie hier beschrieben reserviert o.Ä.) - die Autorisierung dieser Zahlung habe ich erst vor Ort ~ 14 Tage nach Abbuchung unterschrieben. Frühstück konnten wir nicht genießen, da es ohne Absprache eine Stunde früher beendet wurde und wir damit verpasst haben. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad winzig aber funktional. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war zu jeder Tageszeit frei. Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen ich gesprochen habe waren wirklich freundlich, nur teils auch sichtlich mit den Rückfragen - gerade im Thema Buchhaltung - überfordert.

Owners do not speak a word of English, only German

My shower and toilet had automatic lights which switch off quickly. Stayed for 2 nights and didn't have a single decent shower. The first day, I had to step out of the shower a couple of times for the lights to go on again. The 2nd night it just switched off while I was wet, and despite stepping out again to get it to switch on, it didn't. In the end I had to use my mobile phone light to quickly dry myself and get out. Both the shower and toilet were in the basement. I asked a guest next day if he had a similar experience, but he said that in his shower he could turn the lights on and off normally. I got him to explain to the owner the light problem in my shower and toilet and suggested normal switches. But the owner said that they have such lighting system to save money on electricity! Infuriating when you're travelling for business and go back to the hotel and fund that you can't even have a shower.

Det overrasker positivt

Meget spændende oplevelse, hvor man går igennem et typisk villakvarter. Hotellet er et gammelt hus, som er lavet om til enkelte hotelværelser og drevet af et ældre ægtepar. Manden er typisk tysk, regelret og bestemt. Konen er den skønneste og mest hjælpsomme ældre dame. Mit første indtryk lovede ikke godt, men værelserne var super og morgenbuffeten fantastisk :)

I arrived at 7pm and the place was empty. rang the bell and the owner arrived to the front gate after a few minutes. not really a hotel, more of a traditional guest house.

Prima hotel voor weinig geld

Ondanks dat er verder niets te doen en ook geen bemande receptie is of een barretje waar je wat kan drinken, is het verder voor dat geld een prima hotel. Verwacht ook niet iets bijzonders . De omgeving is sober maar genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Helaas was er geen minibar oid en moet je voor internet dik en dik betalen.

Hier ist der Gast nicht willkommen !!

Bei Ankunft wurde mir aufgrund des günstigen Preise die Zahlung mit Kreditkarte verweigert, der Betrag wurde unverzüglich in bar verlangt. Auf Nachfrage warum, wurde mir gesagt, wenn ich nicht damit einverstanden wäre, könne ich ja im Auto übernachten. Das Bad war winzig, der Rest ok. Ich war erschüttert, wie ich behandelt wurde. Das Frühstück habe ich dann außerhalb dieser ungastlichen Herberge eingenommen.

Kein Hotel

Das ist kein Hotel, es ist bestenfalls B&B! Es handelt sich um ein umgebautes Einfamilienhaus. Umbau und Installationen scheinen von Hobby-Handwerkern erstellt worden zu sein. Überhaupt macht der ganze Betrieb keinen sehr professionellen Eindruck. Ausser Frühstück und Minibar gibt es keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit im Haus. Das Frühstück war bestimmt mit Liebe bereitgestellt, aber einfach nicht der Preisklasse angepasst. Zwar war meine Nasszelle gut 20m2 gross und auch gut ausgestattet. Leider musste ich um dahin zu gelangen den Flur überqueren und die Installationsqualität war wenig überzeugend. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zwar wirklich ruhig, jedoch für Messebesucher ungünstig gelegen da weit abseits. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und nett. Doch auch das rechtfertigt den Preis nicht und macht auch kein Hotel aus der Liegenschaft. Preis / Leistung und Lage stimmen für mich absolut nicht. Ich werde nicht mehr anreisen.
