"Busy location but minimal noise disturbance at night - at least from the street...air con unit was very noisy and had limited effectiveness. Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant staff."

"The staff was extremely helpful. They even had sim cards, installed it for me. They set up airport transfer, clean nice toyota suv, and installed my sim card, and simply added it to the bill. Unfortunately we wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. Room was nice and clean, no street noise. Convenient to our walking tours, beer street. Great stay in hanoi"

"Rooms are outdated. The staff sleeps at the reception area. No security guard on duty. But hotel is greatly located to everything you need. They also offered great tours. We availed to the motorcycle street and food tour and Halong Bay Tour. "

"We arrived earlier than their check in time but they let us check in early anyway. The staff also helped to give us recommendations for places to eat and helped with directions, and they even gave us a deal when we bought a case of beer through them! Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful ad the facilities were great for the price of the stay!"

"We wanted to extend for 4 more days, lady working said we would pay what we initially paid for each night we were there. At the end of my stay she tried to charge us double each day, ended up arguing with the manager over the phone to get the right price. Manager was also a scam, and tried to get more money out of me. The drinks in the fridge said complimentary, but ended up paying for all of them. However other than that awful experience, the hotel is pretty clean and breakfast was okay as...
