The Hotel is close to everything. We took a grab taxi from the Cathedral everyday and it was a 1 min walk. 12 minutes to the lake. Shopping and food around the corner. Perfect location.

We stayed four nights. Very friendly staffs. Healthy breakfasts, included in the cost of the room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE WIFI AND SIM that are referred by the hotel manager/staff. We paid 800K VND for a WIFI device and 300K VND for a phone sim. The 300K VND seemed to work, but the 800K VND WIFI device was useless. We even exchanged to try the second one, but it was still useless. Sim and WIFI for 30 days are lot cheaper everywhere.

The staff was amazing! They spoke english and helped arrange transportation to and from the airport for us. They were able to help book us a tour for Ha Long Bay. They gave us welcoming drinks and snacks as we waited for our room and then helped bring up our luggages to the room.

Great location and friendly staff

The hotel has a great location, a little withdrawn from some of the very busy Hanoi streets, but still right next to St. Joseph's Cathedral right next to the Hoan Kiem lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful with booking trips and giving advise. The restaurant for breakfast is quite small, so make sure to get there early in the morning for a good seat.

Excellent Hotel. Located in the center of Hanoi oldquarter . The big and very comfortable room with great Balcony and Window. The best Buffet breakfast during all my Trip in Vietnam. Staff was wonderful , very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr Harry helped us all the best information about travelling around Vietnam. He orgarnised for us the best trip to Ha Long Bay 2 days 1 night, Ninh Binh, Sapa and sleeping train to the South. Highly recommend and we will be back for the next trip to Hanoi.

We found this hotel at the very last minute in the Old Quarters. The hotel staff were very accommodating and professional. The location is very convenient but please be aware that cars/vans won’t be able to drop you off in front of the hotel due to a small alley. The room is tight but enough for a family of 5. The bathroom is very small and the shower was missing a glass screen so every time you showered the entire bathroom will be wet. The breakfast that came with the room has a wide variety of food and it was pretty good. Overall the hotel is good for a quick night stay for its convenience.

I used this hotel for 4 hours stay. It was very easy to arrange the time. I could leave my luggage and walk around before check in time as well. If you need some rest or take a shower before getting on a sleepover train, I would definitely recommend.

Lack of staff training but location was ok

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival, we were met with unwelcoming and rude behavior from the front desk staff, which set a negative tone for our visit. Regrettably, this continued at the end of our stay when your manager, Harry, also treated us discourteously. What was meant to be a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation to Hanoi ended up being memorable for the wrong reasons due to the lack of professionalism and hospitality shown by your team. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve future guest experiences. Hope they can invest in training their staff with hospitality and guest management. So they can make guests more comfortable. Street is not accessible by car so be prepared for that. If you booked tours you would have to walk to a nearby street that is accessible with cars

친절한 안내, 청결함. 맛있는 조식.성당이 보이고 종소리가 들리는 풍광.. 호안끼엠과 시장에서 가까움. 가성비 좋아요. 단, S Centeral 의 S글자를 잘 알아보지 못해 골목길에서 지나쳐버림. 한 건물은 엘리베이터가 없어 6층까지 걸어서 ~~. 무거운 짐이없어 다행~~
