The staffs’ attitude was excellent, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Central location so all attractions are within walking distance. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay in Hanoi.

Service excellent. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre plus grande au dernier étage pour seulement 5 €. Très bons lits, spacieux. L'emplacement est parfait pour le shopping et le tourisme. Le personnel amical nous a fait sentir comme chez nous.

This place was very nice and quiet, but it’s away from downtown where we wanted to go lots of American food around the hotel unfortunately we wanted Asian food so we had to go very far to get it.

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff and facilities. Although this hotel is about 2km from the old quarter don’t let this put you off! Download the grab app and use taxis. Hanoi is an old city, don't expect clean roads or posh buildings it's not that type of city. Expect to sit on plastic chairs and eat in places that at home you wouldn't go near but you need to because the food is amazing. Train street was frustrating
Take great care crossing roads. Green man means nothing and scooters go in all directions.
Once you get used to navigating the lack of pavement/ traffic situation this is a lovely city worth exploring.
Good for food, spas and souvenirs.
Very busy with scooters made walking anywhere stressful.
Totally mad but once you get the hang of crossing the road it is all amazing fun and such a great place to explore with great food and friendly people
