"This is my go to hotel yearly for a music festival and the General Manager is amazing. I will say I appreciate she is training younger staff and giving them a chance which not too many people do as much these days. With this might come some difficulty in dealing with situations. I did have a few things happen that weren't so good due to lack of communication. I'm pretty even keel, but did end up quite upset on one outing. This is because transportation is provided but things weren't clear and so...
