"I recently stayed at the Princess Grand Resort and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there was a very strong sewage odor in our room and throughout several areas of the resort. The smell was overwhelming and made it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay.
The toilet in our room was also constantly clogging after almost every use, which was very inconvenient and clearly shows there are maintenance issues that need attention. On top of that, the fire alarm would go off every time we took a shower. Security had to come knocking on our door each time to check why the alarm was triggered, which happened repeatedly and disrupted our stay.
What made things even more concerning was that many of the staff members themselves were openly complaining about the sewage issues and the difficult working conditions at the resort. Hearing this from employees made it clear that these problems are ongoing and not just a one-time issue.
Overall, the resort looks nice in photos, but the serious maintenance and sanitation problems made the stay very unpleasant. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort based on our experience."
