"There are not enough tables or space for breakfast. Long line waiting to get in and no where to sit. Other than that, the place is great. The staff is so friendly, the hot water heated very quickly for the shower, the beds were comfortable, the place is very clean and we loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony. I will be back and recommend this hotel. "

"Wonderful stay at this very conveniently-located hotel. Nearby were the outlets, favorite restaurants --- we love Texas Roadhouse - and American Music Theater where we enjoyed a great concert (Leonid and Friends ). The staff was especially helpful when I realized we had forgotten to bring toothpaste; the front desk provided "sample" sized toothpaste which was so appreciated. Without question, we will stay here when we visit Lancaster in the future!"

"I loved my solo stay here! I came into town one night for a concert and was very happy with the Hollander house. Kenneth was very communicative and attentive via email and easily reachable. I had no issues and everything was nice and clean and easy to find. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast due to my schedule however, I’m sure it was delicious! Would certainly stay again"

"Our family had an overnight stay to celebrate a birthday & this hotel had a decent price and reviews which was why we chose to stay there. I'll start with check in, the lady at the desk was very friendly and even tried to put us in a better room, however, she was not aware that the room she put us in had a faulty window that would close all the way. This was very unsafe especially since we had little kids with us so we asked to be moved to another room. The room itself was nice & spacious with 2 queen beds and a sitting area with a pull out sofa bed. It was also a bonus to have two TVs in the room. However, the mattress on the pull out sofa bed was very worn out and thin so it was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also not cleaned very well as there were hair all around the toilet and the floor. The amenities were great as far as the gym and the laundry area & although there was a pool, it seemed all run down with the floor of the pool looking like its peeling. The hallways were also pretty beat up looking as well with the wallpapers peeling and some rooms were missing room numbers. What made up for it all was the breakfast which was pretty good & had a huge variety from bacon, potatoes, eggs to waffles, cereal, breads and pastries and even yogurt. There was a little bit of everything for everyone so that was probably one of the best parts of our stay. Unless the price is at a decent rate compared to what we paid, we probably wouldnt consider staying here again."

"There was a wedding and a dance party or contest going on in the convention center, so there was 100 kids running around couldn’t really enjoy the pool or the lobby for a quiet time. It was a madhouse. It’s good to bring your kids, but it’s not good to get away and relax."
