"We stayed after seeing Hamilton at CIBC Easter weekend. The hotel was busy, but service was quick and representatives were very friendly. The remodeled pool was great for my 11 year old niece. "

"We stayed at the Carleton Motel. We stayed there because we saw so many people said everything was so wonderful. I think they must have been referring only to the Hotel. The Motel owned by the Carleton really needs updating. Our room was ok but it smelled musty and it just looked like it needed updating. I really felt like I paid too much for the room that we rented for the condition that it was in."

"Fantastic stay here for a hockey game. Staff are amazing, Ellena & Ashley welcomed us right away, helped with area advice and directions. Staff were all friendly and helpful. room was great, breakfast both mornings was exceĺlent. warning to staff, we will be back. thank you all!!!"

"The bedding was dirty from previous guests, right down to pubic hair under the sheets. Furniture was old,sat on couch and it was so dry rotted that the material split. Other furniture was all scratched and looked like it had been salvaged from trash. No working ice machines on any of the floors, moldy shower head, and ice bucket. Blood spots on sheets of one bed. Two tiny soaps not enough for 2 adults, for 2 days. The only decent thing was the breakfast. Priced to high for the quality."

"Parking lot is small, hard to find parking. $35 fee for parking for 24 hrs. Room had mini holes in the wall, stains on carpet, and leg on mini fridge was broken so it sat lop sided. Not the best but ok for the price paid."

"Turning into the parking lot is a bit tricky, across two lanes of traffic, but no problem finding a spot. Be aware there is an outside staircase and no elevator; the desk clerk carried my suitcase up for me. I liked the vinyl plank floor - it can be MOPPED, unlike carpet! Spacious."

"Awesome hotel! Staff was exceptional and couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. The cafe and both bars were great. Rooftop bar is a must. Location of hotel is so convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, etc. 100% will stay there again. "

"Wonderful staff and so accommodating! They were dealing with a water issue and handled it with such professionalism and ease. Definitely will be our go to stay for concerts at the Salt Shed and roaming wicker park neighborhood!!"
