"Nice apartment "

"Staff are friendly and professional. I stay here often on my way to the airport, for early morning flights because I do not live in Accra. I have been staying at Mahogany Lodge since 2007. It was a great place to have lunch or dinner when visiting friends in Accra. Unfortunately they now only do breakfast. But the service is excellent, eggs cooked to our specific instructions, and the fresh baked bread rolls are a treat. The rooms are clean, bed linens and bath towels crisp and clean, the duvet on the bed is lovely, pillows fluffy. I love the hand laid parquet hard wood floors. It is a lovely older hotel, charming, priced reasonably. Quiet. Lovely pool also."

"Doors to rooms are right next to each other with a little shared living area. The unit looked different from what was in the pictures. You can hear people from the next room. I truly don't believe I got the value for what I paid for because there were a lot of better options, but i thought I'd choose a place that i hadn't stayed at before."

"This was my second stay at the Signature Apartment, and overall it was a much better experience. I booked a one-bedroom unit this time, which was a significant improvement over the studio. The space felt more comfortable and, in my view, was worth the price. However, I had planned to extend my stay, but the unit was already booked. The host assured me they would find an alternative option the next morning, but I never received any follow-up. It has now been three weeks with no communication. Making promises without any effort to follow through or even provide an update is disappointing. It left me feeling that verbal assurances here are not reliable."

"Check in was not as smooth as I expected. I realised they don’t use online bookings as much even though it’s an option, it is better to book on site. The staff were helpful though. You’ll need to go with your own soap, toothpaste as the hotel doesn’t provide that."

"This was my second stay in as many weeks. 4/13-4/17. My last stay, I had an issue with the mini fridge not working and it wasn’t addressed. This stay same issue, but the staff brought a brand new fridge to replace the old. I was very thankful as I had many beverages and edibles I purchased from the adjacent supermarket. The staff is very friendly upon entry, all the way to the employees that manage room care. This is one of the few places around Ghana where it seems like the staff is actually happy to be at work. The pool is nice to relax at, there’s also gym near the pool and a nice courtyard all in eyes sight. The environment is nothing short of very nice. The food particularly the breakfast makes this one of my favorite places to lodge. I’m not sure who organizes the food choices, but they are excellent and the taste quality is beyond delicious. The staff in charge of the food selection and preparation definitely deserve to be recognized. The breakfast is the catalyst to the stay for me. Lastly, the supervisor was very kind and she didn’t hesitate to provide me a complimentary late check out, which was very well needed. In conclusion, I had a nice stay at Oak plaza. It’s nicely located and is close to many amenities. I will always stay here as long as they maintain the high quality complementary breakfast that’s included with the stay. The staff overall are amazing here and the facilities served my needs. I can’t wait to return for another stay."

"To clarify. What led me to book at Peravi suites at the signature was the fact that I had stayed at the Signature before and it was good. This time the name " Peravi Suites" was added which I came to find was a management company that managed a two bedroom apartment owned by someone at the Signature building. When I arrived in Accra and texted and called the agent/manager on the WhatsApp number I was given, He said was ambiguous with how I should check in. "
