"The hotel is new so that great. Rooms nice. People working at hotel very nice. My only comment would be don’t say ma’am to many times. I know they are being polite but once is enough always. Just a constructive comment. The hotel is very clean and they are meticulously cleaning constantly. It’s a good location too because it’s in station zero away from all the crowded areas so relaxing to be away from it. Thx for my stay."

Every aspect is excellent including the fabulous staff providing consistent high level customer service, the rooms are designed so well and beautifully appointed, the beach is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are stunning and the food in the many restaurants was always excellent! "The place is on point with SERVICE even the Philippine Airlines. I could be have a rough day and the staff from both place just made it better with a simple hello, good morning and the pleasantries though out the day! The fact that it’s in station 1 makes it even better when you come back to a relaxing place! "I would highly recommend The Lind to anyone who want to enjoy their vacation in Boracay. The Lind has excellent scenery of sea and beach, lovely infinity swimming pool (notice that sometimes it will close for wedding party, take the chance when it is open), assorted breakfast and warm staffs. "From the moment we arrived at the resort, the staff took care of every aspect for us. They were amazing, courteous and professional. They always kept our room stocked with fresh (filtered) ice and water. If we needed anything, a simple call accomplished it quickly. The room was perfect. "Breakfast was solid—about half the time we ate there (2 out of 4 days), it was really good. The room itself was excellent value: very spacious, well laid out, and easily a 10/10. Having the market, Mercury, restaurants, department store, and more all within the hotel was extremely convenient. The location is a bit away from the beaches and main tourist areas, but it worked well for us—and we actually enjoyed the extra walking. "My stay was phenomenal. From the way my shuttle services was arranged, to being picked up and brought to the Resort. "Clean standard room. Staffs a warm and friendly. A nice place, quiet place with clean pool. One thing that we didn’t like is the back sliding door doesn’t lock and broken. And when we ask, the answer is because we are only in a standard room. And they’ll fix it next time."
