"5-star? . Never was. What ever you do DO NOT STAY IN A ROOM WITH CARPET. They are so thoroughly stained you think you are in a one star. After one day they moved me to a king room which the had replaced the carpet with a fake wood LAMINATE which was nice of them. Overall, a horrible experience both with the hotel and Expedia customer service (which has AI ) which has canned questions for help, totally useless! "

"I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 10 yr old son. We had the king bed and we were all able to sleep comfortably on one bed. The sofa was large enough to have someone sleep there if needed as well. We loved the breakfast buffet sue to their variety of food to suit many palates. The service was spectacular. Our shower didnt drain since day 1 and once we told the staff, a maintenace man was there within 10 minutes or less. It is conveniently located to walkable nail salons and 711s among restaurants and much more. 16 minute walk to the BTS station as well. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The customer service at this hotel was the worst i've experienced while in thailand.When first checking in the guy issued us our room key and sent us on our way . No direction of where to go for the lifts etc no assistance or even offer of assistance with our luggage. There was a time when we were waiting at the bar area of the lobby basically the same desk as reception and 2 members of staff were talking amongst themselves(they weren't serving anyone)we waited and waited before i had to ask for assistance. All we wanted was ice and hotel info stated that the lobby bar was open until 11pm . It was 10:25pm when we asked,the lady said bar was closed and directed us to buy ice at the nearby store. The pool was supposed to be available between from 7:30am but we went up at 8:15am and was told by a member of staff who was staring into the pool that it would be accessible in 1 hour as he needed to clean it. We went back over an hour later at 9:30am and it was open but when we got in the pool it was not clean. There were flies on the top (thats not too bad ) but also what looked like skin particles or little bits of stuff in the water we could see it everywhere and had to get out . The pool was not clean. The rooftop bar also i never saw anyone serving there any of the times i went up. Our room was immaculate and very clean. Comfy beds and 2 tvs. Lots of space, a safe to keep belongings. The lobby area had a consistent smell of the toilets.Issues with room keys. "

"knew this was a budget property, but the reality was far below expectations. The photos online were misleading — the actual condition of the rooms and facilities did not match what was shown. Room cleaning was extremely minimal and low standards, and the outdoor areas were clearly neglected and poorly maintained. Check-in was rigid with zero flexibility, not even a minute early, which felt unnecessarily strict. Overall, while the price is low, the property’s standards and upkeep are disappointing, and I would not recommend it based on this experience. "
