좋은 가격과 위치

이 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 위치 입니다. 하얼빈 시내 메일 거리 바로 앞에 있어서 쉽게 접근이 가능하고, 하얼빈역 및 조린공원도 가까이에 있습니다. 직원들은 친절했고, 문제를 해결해주려 노력했습니다. 방은 다소 낡았지만 침대는 편안해서 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 조식은 평범했습니다. 가격과 위치로 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

2020 Ice and Snow festival visit

Visited for the Ice and Snow festival. Prime location at the end of the main tourist street in Harbin. Long street with dozens of shops and restaurants, leading down to the frozen Songhua river outdoor activity mega park. So many things to do and see--BUT DRESSING WARMLY IS A MUST! Hotel staff very friendly but my wife speaks a little Mandarin. Not sure how things would have worked without her there.

가까운 곳에 중앙대가라는 관광명소를 중심으로 상권이 잘 형성되어 볼거리도 많고 관광지와의 연계도 매우 훌륭한 지리적 강점이 있는 호텔이다. 다만, 익스피디아에서 아침 조식으로 이미 예약을 했지만 당일 프런트에서는 아침식사가 미포함이라고 하여 당황스러웠다. 이후 예약 번호와 계약 디테일에 조심이 포함됨을 보이고 바로 조치해주었다. 익스피디아에서 좀 더 확실한 소통으로 두번씩 확인해야 하는 일이 없으면 좋을 것 같다.

The property is centrally located for walking distances to shops and sights. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Nothing that I didn't like about this property and location.

Good location but staff experience need training

The water tank maintenance cause yellowish / rusting water fir whole day , should had stopped or special discount or even tell customer at time check in . Complain n counter staff don’t know where Manager is ? 8 am perhaps change shift n no one want to take responsible . Finally someone came and at least apology Went for breakfast , the Cumber juice sign ( but I saw n tested its water melon, also sign of Cantonese steam bbq pork bun but it’s cream bun/ sweet Next day also , water melon juice but came out tomato juice . Last the buffet steamer for keep warm when lifted , water from steam dripping to table n then floor . Manager keep wiping all the time . I suggested they use a nice looking table cloth to place on frame so water won’t drip but absorb by cloth. Points take : at least they learn n listen

從哈爾濱機場搭3號線巴士, 在中央大街下車, 下車處的對面就是飯店了. 哈爾濱市區內的一些重要景點, 聖索菲亞教堂, 中央大街, 斯大林公園等等, 都是走路就可以到了的. 入住時, 一進入房間有聞到煙味 (我們預訂的是非吸菸房), 櫃台馬上幫我們換另外一間房間. 整體上來說不錯.

まず立地が良い。空港行きバスの停留所や中央大街もすぐ。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズ。朝食はまずまず。朝イチで利用したが冷めている料理も多いものの、ホットミールやフルーツなどもあり品数が多く、中国ならば充分満足のレベル。部屋は期待せずにいたがきれい。特に洗面室やシャワーブースは予想外に清潔。水2本、スリッパ、ガウン、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナーなどアメニティもあり。1階のバーは意外とオトク。

「満足」 ・中央大街入口の目の前と、立地は最高。 ・チェックインはスムースだった。 「不満足」 ・スタッフの英語が心もとない。特に、コンシェルジェ、レストラン。 ・１回だけだったが、バスタブにお湯を入れたところ泡だらけになった。バスタブを掃除した際の洗剤が残っていたとみられる。 ・Ｗｉ-Ｆｉがほとんどつながらない。 ・レストラン(朝食）の卵料理の作り方が雑。目玉焼きを頼んだところ、黄身が崩れていた。
