"parking was a mess. there are only 2 handicap places. the handicap ramp was to steep. the rule is 1 foot length per 1 inch rise. lobby was cluttered, hard to get through with a walker. room was small for a deluxe room. beed was to high, I had to stand on a stool to get in. walls were two thin, you could hear everybody. and the staff were dismayed, in personable, and did't care. it was not AT THE BEACH, this was deceptive advertising. I would not stay here again and will tell my friends and family about it. "

"Condition of the property was poor. We had an Ocean view room, but the balcony was so filthy, and the glass windows were so caked with sand and salt water spray that you could not even look out the windows. Those windows should be cleaned after every guest and they had not been cleaned and I couldn’t tell you when, the view was beautiful from the balcony but you couldn’t even look out the window. Paint peeling off of the ceiling and wallpaper peeling off of the walls. The room definitely needed an update. "

"There were two great things about the Sea Ranch that made our stay a good experience, location and its quiet. The rooms could use a good deep cleaning and some paint. They provided bare bone extras, one hand soap mini bar, mini shampoo/conditioner, one mini lotion, sugar packet and stirrer for any coffee you bring. The hair dryer did not work and there were several damaged areas of the doors, walls and stained carpets. Again, with a good deep clean, this hotel could live up to its resort name! "
