"Nothing was unique about this property at all. I chose this property as last minute place to sleep for the night because it was close to Downtown LBC and I had a function to attend the next morning. Upon entering the facility, the lobby clerk was lounging around talking to a group of people that look like they were just hanging out at the place and appeared a bit 'shady!' I asked the clerk not to say my room number aloud because there were men in the lobby and I was checking in alone by myself late in the evening. And what does he do, ...SAY MY ROOM NUMBER AND FLOOR OUT LOUD FOR THE MEN TO HEAR and DID NOT SWITCH MY ROOM. I was Uncomfortable all night and never slept well. I was afraid.. because I kept hearing loud men voices walking up/ down the hall way when I got to my room. In addition, in the middle of the night I found FAT NASTY ROACHES crawling in my bathroom around the toilet area, I couldn't catch them, except one. I recorded it, then killed one. I showed it to the clerk next morning and shared my concerns and asked them to credit me back something, at least the over-priced $20 parking for the night before! They just said, "Sorry!" But never tried to aide in the situation. They said call customer service and began chatting with another person in lobby like I didn't even exist. This is WORST HOTEL STAY EVER & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This seems to be a Hang-Out Spot and the rooms seemed to be in poor condition, the walls were dirty like. I dont recommend this Hotel!"
