Very long distances to the rooms. All vehicle chargers broken. Overcrowded, especially at breakfast. Breakfast bacon hard and turned over on itself and cemented to itself. £35 steak tough - no information about how many days hung. Small bowls for cereal, small glasses for orange juice. Very nice room, extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet had a really good range of options and meals in the bar were convenient and tasty.

This hotel is obviously struggling and standards are slipping and corners being cut which is a shame as the building is a lovely example of victorian gothic.
