"The GM of this hotel understaffed the kitchen!!! One person! When we checked in I made an effort to ask about the restaurant still being open. The lady who checked us in said we still had an hour. So we rushed up to our rooms and got back to the restaurant. Another employee said the kitchen is closed because there was only one employee. I said that is not what we were told and that is why we rushed back downstairs. They had to ask the cook if it was ok to feed us?!?! Thank goodness he said yes. The whole experience was uncomfortable. My friend in Norway recommended this hotel. But if the GM isn’t going to assist the staff when needed I’ll stay somewhere else."

"The hotel was literally across the street from the airport. They had carts you could put your luggage on and walk over to the hotel to check in. Very convenient."

"El hotel es tremendo, muy limpio y excelente. Estoy muy complacido y satisfecho con el servicio. Camas muy cómodas y buena iluminación. El área del baño es excepcional, posee todo lo necesario: champú/acondicionador para cabello, crema, varias toallas, papel sanitario, jabón para las manos. La limpieza en mi habitación y área del desayuno fueron impecable. El desayuno bufete estuvo estupendo, magnífico, todo bien sabroso y nutricional. Fueron alimentos de gran calidad y pensados para el beneficio del viajero. Con respecto a los recepcionistas, ellos fueron excelentes y muy amables, ellos fueron de gran ayuda y muy serviciales. En todo momento los recepcionistas estuvieron a disposición para ayudarme y ofrecerme consejos, guías o facilitar mi estadía. No asistí al bar, pero lo observé de lejos y también es maravilloso."

"The check in took FOREVER. I don’t know what the reason was as when I asked ,” Is everything ok?” I was told it was fine. If the computers had been slow or there had been some sort of glitch, a simple explanation would’ve alleviated some frustrated people. Other than that it was a convenient place to sleep for an early morning flight out of Oslo."

"This hotel did exceed our expectations. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the social lounge where my husband milled a couple of hours playing shuffle board and table-football. Don’t expect any tea/coffee amenities in your bedroom, there were 2x glasses for water. We did not have breakfast as we checked out at 5:30am. We didn’t check out with the receptionist as she was too busy chatting on her phone. We did use the espresso check-out service. Close to a charging station and McDonalds!"

"Clean room, really helpful staff however if you don't have access to vechile then getting around is really difficult and expensive and time consuming because hotel is located far from the centre."
