"Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was nice. Hotel ameneties are somewhat minimal for what I was expecting. Everything is an extra charge. The staff was all exceptional, friendly, well trained in hospitality...with the exception of the cafe staff, who may benefit from additional training. Spa was ok, but staff was stressed, hustling and rushing, which is not the vibe i want at a spa.
