Excellent hotel full of character and fascinating features from its former life as a bank.
Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, diligent and helpful – particularly in the cocktail bar.
The only thing lacking is a full service restaurant with cooked breakfast options, although this is mitigated somewhat by the snacks, fruit, light bites and drinks available at the coffee bar. Plenty of local dining options available within walking distance also.
Overall, a great place to stay.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Room clean, bed comfortable with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast typical Hampton which was tasty with plenty of choices.
Only small gripe was the fact of window blinds (which let a certain degree of light in) instead of blackout curtains. Would certainly recommend this hotel

This was a nice hotel , good sized room, clean layout , good light colour scheme , nice shower and ok a/c.
The hotel was in good condition and well maintained. Who ever chose the colour scheme did a good job it avoided nicely the tendancy for dark brown which dominates the hotel sector.
As an added bonus if you can get he top floor you get great views of the trans Canadian railway with a great selection of trains passing for you train buffs. Very good hotel.

What can I see and do in Harrisburg?
Lake Alvin Beach and Lake Alvin Recreation Area are a couple of lovely local spots to get outside and enjoy nature. Good Earth State Park at Blood Run and Empire Mall are a couple of places you'll find in the wider area.
What are holiday rentals like in Harrisburg?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Harrisburg. Holiday rentals offer extras such as kitchens and laundry facilities so you'll have everything you need. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can offer a sense of safety away from public hotel lifts and lobbies packed with people while still allowing you to travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a standard hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a great choice for a small group gathering.
