Hotel staff was very friendly. I'm not sure what people are seeing online. This hotel was immaculate brand new carpets in the hallway. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were nice and quiet and very clean.

Check-in was smooth and liked the spacious clean room. The agent at the counter was very welcoming and friendly. However, the heating unit was very loud and rattled all night :( If the unit was quieter, this quick stay-over would have been even better.

The room was very clean and we liked that we could have service by not putting card on door or remain undisturbed simply by placing the card outside. We were even told if we did not want to be disturbed but needed fresh towels to just place them outside the door. Staff was always pleasant, a young man even helped dig our car out of the snowbank in the parking lot. This is service we grew up expecting but it is very rare to receive it anymore. Breakfast was great and I liked the 24 hour coffee. Thank you, we will be back.
