"The parking was confusing, our room had some issues. Coffee maker did not work, electrical plug ins by bed did not work, and we were without a tv remote for the first two days of our stay."

"For a higher end brand hotel the coffee was terrible (completely watered down). This was both mornings of our stay. We had to find a local coffee shop to get decent coffee. Gym was excellent. Lobby was very comfortable and welcoming. Rooms were clean."

"Cute little gift shop with items not found at other OSU stores. Buffet breakfast was a little week but still offered a menu to order from. Best location and very friendly staff. Especially the doorman. Pleasannt gentlemen"
