"Customer service was horrible. Room was supposed to be ready at 3:00 pm but was not. We were sent up at 3:30 and the room was dirty still. We went back to the desk and they said 15 minutes. Needless to say we did not get our room to 4:45 and the concierge said “well I have no way to communicate with ..."

"Great location across the tracks from a very interesting and friendly shopping and restaurant area nicely put in rooms good good breakfast offerings for the buffet and the Continental breakfast great location and all in all very good"
